Two reporters who have witnessed the transformations of the building, one from the Arizona Republic and one from the Phoenix Business Journal, returned to the finished building over the last few weeks to get the final updates for their print coverage of the historical renovation.
Our PR team loves it when we have interesting news about R&R to pitch and this has been a fun media relations project for the team.

Kurt Schlaefer of Signs by Kurt paints our R&R logo onto our newly renovated home in this time lapse video. Kurt helped us decide on a look that we felt fit the character of the Warehouse District. The dry brushing technique Kurt specializes in kept the weathered, vintage style that the rest of our block has.

It’s only March, but it’s already been a big year. Just this month, we celebrated our Welcome to the Warehouse event – an upscale open house block party that brought together family, friends, coworkers and business partners to celebrate something much bigger than us – the revitalization of downtown Phoenix’s Historic Warehouse District.
