Lease Space Available

We have some extra space in our new building. So, rather than turning the bonus square footage into a basketball court, an indoor trampoline park or an adorable puppy day care center, we’re being logical and posting an ad for a couple of roommates. If you know of a business or two that wants to bunk with smart, quirky and extremely good-looking people, now’s the time to speak up.

There are two tenant spaces available for lease. Both will have access to the main entrance, as well as the side entrance.

• One space is 1,700 square feet on the upper floor.
• The second space encompasses the upper and lower floors, totaling 4,200 square feet. That includes the stairs and the bonus feature of the historic vault (pictured above).
