Brick by Brick – Preserving the character

One of the goals for our historic warehouse renovation is to celebrate the building’s concrete foundations, which have a unique wood-grain-texture surface, as well as the building’s 12-inch-thick brick walls. Both materials are exposed inside and out. While solid and durable in appearance, they’re actually quite fragile and must be treated with caution.

Lease Space Available

We have some extra space in our new building. So, rather than turning the bonus square footage into a basketball court, an indoor trampoline park or an adorable puppy day care center, we’re being logical and posting an ad for a couple of roommates. If you know of a business or two that wants to bunk with smart, quirky and extremely good-looking people, now’s the time to speak up.
