  • Moving In
  • Open house
92-year-old son of the warehouse founder, Mr. Henry Ong Jr. After we gave him a tour, he walked away with these mementos.
It all starts with a plan. From architect to contractor, it took a lot people to pull this off.
It may not be appetizing, but this is soon to be our kitchen.
More crap.
Here’s the indestructible yellow paint line we had to work with.
One challenge was removing years of paint to reveal the rich character of the brick walls.
Original skylights were refurbished throughout the building.
Paving the way for sewer lines.
Shout out to Jim King, CFO, and Candace Newman, facilities manager, for the enormous amount of dedication and time they’re putting in to make our warehouse dreams come true.
Some of the gears under the second historical elevator in the building.
Thanks to these guys, we’ll have indoor plumbing!
The construction crews worked through the summer without A/C; thanks to Robert E. Porter Construction.
