  • Moving In
  • Open house
The fastest way to clear dirt out from the first floor after digging for new sewer lines was bucket-by-bucket.
The original 2nd Street entrance to the building.
The seven years before we started remodeling, this became our proverbial “junk drawer.”
The warehouse was originally two separate structures. The left was built in 1926, the right side in 1928.
There were two fires in the building - check out the black fire damage marks on the brick.
These 88 year old trusses were broken and failing. Since this photo, we’ve put new trusses next to the old ones to add support while keeping the historical significance.
This original walk-in safe is a prime feature in one of the tenant-leased spaces.
This staircase led to the first floor. We removed these and have added three larger staircases around the warehouse.
We cut three holes in the floor to better connect the two floors.
We’re preserving this historical freight elevator, but it won’t be used, per city code.
We think it means ‘welcome to the neighborhood.’
